Really poor customer service. I was sent a bag with a slit cut in it and the packaging was okay so it didn’t happen during shipping. I let the seller know rather than returning I would like some sort of refund as it’s damaged and not what I ordered as advertised. They kept insisting on just a coupon for a future purchase which I kept saying I didn’t want and then they claimed they couldn’t give a refund since I received something and it’s still useable. Sorry but I’m not paying full price for a bag with a tear in it and now I’ll be going straight through AliExpress for a return and refund since the seller was absolutely unhelpful.
