Glass came in a crushed state, there is no other negative situation. I tried the cooling feature, it got to 0 degrees in a few minutes. Product is a great product except that the cup comes crushed. It is unacceptable that the most important part of this product is problematic. I don't really understand how the glass comes as a loser, even though every piece is packaged. I think it was probably sent because it was known that it was wrong, so I gave it 2 stars, it deserves 5 stars if there is no problem.

I have such at home about 3 years... Works excellent. Works about 20 seconds and stops for 30 seconds (makes noise short) uses it only for heating. (suitable for the heat of silence...) is only when he is in a break (that's how it is kept more ..) sometimes for me in action 4 or 5 hours... I bought one more in case that... Looks like a quality product but it doesn't work as described. I used the cup seller have suggested but the drink inside the cup does not get cold enough compared to the temperature display. Same goes to hot too. Displaying temperature is much different and it gets more than 30 minutes to reach upto 3C. Couldn't cool down to 0.

A little bulky, otherwise cool, especially if you go far or in traffic jams. And heats well and cools well, but only in the native original aluminum cup.
