Tips: When using the remote control, please remove the plastic sheet at the bottom and must be removed the wide-angle lens. Video camera’s wifi function does not support connecting to the router.

Support video recording while charging: ORDRO AC5 camcorder supports video recording while charging. When recording, you can use a USB cable to connect to an extra power bank to provide lasting power.

The package comes with one NP-120 3.7V 1700mAh lithium batteries and a battery charger. When first time use, please charge the battery for 3 hours to make sure it was fully charged, it can take videos up to 1.5 hours. (Tips: The battery working time will shorten in the Wi-Fi mode).

Q: How long can the battery work?

A: First please charge the battery fully, it will takes about 150 minutes.

1. Recording video with 4k resolution, battery can works about 100 minutes;

2. Recording video with 2k or 1080p or 720p, battery can works about 110 minutes.

Q: Can this camera work as PC CAM?

A: Yes.

Q: Why the video quality is not reach 4k? Is it fake?

A: Please playback 4k video on 4k TV or 4k computer, because the resolution of the camera screen is relatively low.

Q: Why sometimes video freezes

A: Please use U3 C10 SD card, because 4K cameras require SD cards to support higher write speeds.

Q: Why my 128GB SD card can not work with th camera?

A: Please use Kingston U3 SD card.

Q: How to use wifi?

A: Download the APP named “LzxViewer” on your smart phone and connect the camcorder’s WIFI for preview and operation on the phone/tablet. You can download the videos and pictures on the APP and share with your friends at any time.
